1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription or applying for the Distributor program for Algotradeshub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Subscription Plans & Payments
Retail Plan ($50/month): Grants a license to use the EA on any broker.
IB Partner Plan ($30/month): This discounted rate is strictly conditional. Users must register and trade on an account under our specific Introducing Broker (IB) link.
Audit: We reserve the right to audit account numbers. If an account is found not to be under our IB, the license will be suspended until the price difference is paid or the account is corrected.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software (MQL5 code/ex5 files), all payments are non-refundable.
3. Distributor Program ("Free at 3" Rule)
Eligibility: Distributors must be active traders under our IB.
The "Free at 3" Benefit: Once a Distributor refers 3 active, paying clients who are successfully trading under our IB, the Distributor’s own $30 monthly fee is waived.
Commissions: For every active client starting from the 4th referral, the Distributor earns $5 per month.
Termination: If a Distributor's active client count falls below 3, the $30 monthly fee will be reinstated.
4. Broker & Technical Requirements
Zero Spread Recommendation: For maximum accuracy in trade entries and exits, we highly recommend using a Zero Spread or Raw ECN account. Using a Standard account with high spreads may result in performance that differs from our official backtests.
User Responsibility: The user is responsible for maintaining a stable VPS (Virtual Private Server) and internet connection for the EA to function correctly.
5. Risk Disclosure & Software Usage
Risk of Loss: Forex trading involves substantial risk. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
Safety Protocols: * Users must monitor their accounts daily to manage risks during extreme market volatility.
Stop Loss (SL): You must strictly adhere to the Stop Loss levels set by the EA. Do not remove or manually modify the SL. Manually overriding the EA's risk management parameters can lead to significant and permanent financial losses.
No Guarantee: Past performance is not indicative of future results. Algotradeshub provides the software "as-is" and is not liable for any financial losses incurred.
6. Intellectual Property
The Algotradeshub EA is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile, resell, or distribute the software files without express written permission. Unauthorized distribution will result in an immediate permanent ban and legal action where applicable.
